Wrong Time on Sent Emails

I have a user who sends emails which show the wrong time on them (by about 4 hours). Their PC clock is correct and they are in the same time zone as me. Any ideas?

Check time settings, within OL; under calendar options.

Thanks for that. You were spot on - the user's Outlook was in a different time zone.
