Can anyone help me fix this problem?
When I open up some- not all- documents in Word (2003) that I'm
accessing through Microsoft Outlook, they end up in the wrong view-
"reading layout" which I then have to fix by going to the "view" drop
down menu, and selecting the "Normal" view.
Q: is there any way I can make it default to the correct (Normal) view
every time?
(I must have ticked the wrong box at some time in the past for it to be
like this).
