WWS & Edit Document directly into Microsoft Office

Hello

we have some strange problem with Editing directly into Microsoft Office,
files stored under SharePointSites and SharedDocument.
For some user, people have an error message not exatly like that but close to.
"Edit... need sharepoint feature enable or Internet explorer 5 or higher".

I believed that i solve the problem by deleting all the pj* activeX controls
stored into C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files. Then the needed control are
downloaded at the next connection with PWA.

I did it, and then people are able to Edit Document directly into Office.
But for some guy, the problem re-appear with no explaination

any ideas ?
