XML and Visio 2002

Visio 2002 and 2003 are only capable of loading/saving
Visio's XML format (.v*x). It is not capable of mapping
any arbitrary XML and creating a Visio drawing. For more

Just a couple more side notes:

1) Visio 2003 also loads/saves SVG 1.0 format (which is
XML based).

2) You can use the property reporter in Visio 2003 to
output XML based reports about your drawing.

Yeah, I tested SVG output quite a bit during the beta! I was excited by the
ability but a tad disappointed by the lack of options in the export
(scaling, rotating, etc). I hope the next iteration improves on this.
Regardless, it's a welcome addition and I hope it spreads to Publisher and
Word!
