We're using Exchange 5.5 and a number of different
version of Outlook. Recently I developed a handful of
clients who when using Outlook XP are unable to access a
Public Folder which we use for network request. It has a
custom form associated with it. They get the
message, "Folder is unavailable..." I've verified that
the folder is synched across the network. However, if
this user goes to a workstation running Outlook 2000 they
can display the folder fine. Some of the user are using
offline folders, some not.
Any thoughts or suggestions? I'll be happy to post more
information if you think that will help.
Thanks.
