yellow cross in clip organiser

I have downloaded clips from the microsoft site and all of a sudden some of
the clips have a yelllow cross beside them and I can't copy them into files.
I have tried a system restore to a time that I know I was not having problems
but this hasn't resolved the problem.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Your temporary cache maybe full. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
delete, delete files.

Thank you for trying to help. Unfortunately this didn't work. I did however
stumble across a solution. It appears that the downloaded clips are stored
in 2 locations. 1 of the locations is in my documents in the my pictures
folder and I don't know where the other one is. For some reason the pictures
in the my documents folder had the yellow cross but when I browsed to the
correct folder when searching downloaded clips this seems to have fixed the
problem, at least it has this time. Thanks again for trying to help.
