zoom???

Some times when I open an email, the zoom is at 100%,
sometimes it is at 75% and sometimes it is huge and 160%.
Why is this? It is not based on how it is sent, because I
tested this. Please help.

It sounds like you have MS Word as your email editor. When Word is set as
your email editor, it remembers Words last view settings. To test, disable
Word as your email editor and then open a message, it should be normal font
size. If Word is NOT your email editor, disregard this post ' -).
