Hi all,

I'm getting the following error with Outlook wheni I try to drag and drop an
email into another application:

“operation failed due to network or other communication problems. Check your
connections and try again.â€

I've tried two fixes from the knowledge base buthey didn't help. This was
previously working fine. Any suggestions?

What exactly are you trying to do? Drag & drop to what application with what
version of Outlook using what account type?
