2007 SP1 - Application Window Size

After installing SP1 for Office 2007, none of my applications open full
screen, not even non-Microsoft applications. Now, there's about a 1/2 inch
gap between the bottom of open windows and the top of my taskbar. Happens for
everything, Office, Acrobat, IE, Windows Explorer, Notepad, everything.
