'450 server configuration problem'??

Using Windows XP, when I send an outlook email, I get an undeliverable
message, and the reason given in the message for the failed email, which
nevertheless goes into my outbox, is '450 server configutation problem'?
Anyone have any idea what the problem is and how to fix it??
