754th make the th smaller

I am creating a certificate and in 754th the th needs to be smaller and
aligned at the top, usually it automatically happens, but it won't now is
there a special key to press?

Not in Publisher it doesn't. Automatic superscripting is a feature of Word,
not Publisher. Had you STFH you'd have found the answer to your own
question - but seeing as you're too lazy and I'm too ill to argue; highlight
the 'th' right click > fonts > tick 'superscript > OK out. Remember to
remove it to continue typing in normal case (best to do it when you've
finished typing).

Change the font to superscript. (Format menu, Font)
