98/2000 compatibility

I created a file with 2000 and sent it to someone with 98. He can't open it.
Project locks up. Should he be able to read this file?

You need to save it explicitly in Project 98 format. See the File Type
pulldown under the filename box in the File, SaveAs dialog box.
