A4 default paper size

How do you make it do this as it keeps going to that odd
Letter Size?

The default paper size is governed by the default paper size in your printer
setup.

If you change your printer size to A4 then Publisher will automatically open
with A4 as the default.

There is sometimes more than one place in your printer driver where you can
specify paper size - do a thorough search to make sure that there are no
other options left.
