How does one insert a landscape A4 page into a portrait A5 double sided booklet. I would like a a4 picture to be insertes in the middle of my document, but with writing on the back page as with the rest of the A5 pages. One is able to do this in Microsoft Word by inserting a column break. I cannot see how this is possible in Publisher. Please Help!

Do you have your publication set up in Book Fold or Booklet (depending on
your version)?
If so, then you should just be able to insert the picture onto the page so
it spans the two pages - Publisher will normally handle the rest for you
