absolute addressing

I am publishing to a web server and using a script on what I presume is
another server to display one particular page. I appears I need absolute
addressing and have solved the problem for the graphics on the page but have
not yet been able to display the theme.
Any ideas how to make this absolute in HTML. I am using FP2003
