I have an Access database which contains information for a form. I use the
database for merging with a Word template which is then sent out to customers
via email. I also have text form fields for the customer to fill out in
response to the original information. These transactions happen 5 or 6 times
a day and cutting and pasting just doesn't cut it since the returned
information is lengthy.
Everything is working beautifully, except I don't have an easy way to import
the data from the text form field back into the database. I would like the
returned form to be able to be attached to the Access database much the same
way that it works the other way around. Is that possible?
The users of this system need a button to be able to do this. If I got hit
by a gasoline tanker tomorrow, they wouldn't have a clue as to what to do
with the returned info from the Word form.
