The folks at the office have been getting a weird message when they login to
Outlook. They get two pop-ups saying "File access denied" (the file is an
..ost file in the Administrator's directory) but are able to get in. If they
switch to Cached Exchange Mode, they can't even get in.
I thought the solution might be to go into E-mail Accounts and trying to get
Outlook to open the user's .ost file rather than the Administrator's. When I
click on "offline Folder File Settings" in the "Advanced" tab under "Exchange
Server Settings," I get a message saying that access is denied.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
