Accidental save

Can anyone help! I've accidentally clicked 'save' instead
of 'saveas' and the original document has been overidden.
How can I retrieve it back? Please help!

Sorry, but you're out of luck, unless you had 'SaveAs'ed' previously, or
backed up your files recently.
