I have more than one account in my Outlook programme and
have a rules wizard so that when new mail is received, the
mail goes into the required folder. However, it appears
that I am not receiving some mail - I know this because
the person's account I have access to is able to see the
mail, but I'm not. It only happens on certain emails, but
there doesn't seem to be a pattern to it.
