Hi,

I'm lost.

Is this occurring when running a slideshow?
How did you insert the sound, or where did it come from?
What is the "user verification"? Is it a dialog box or an error message?

If you need to Activate Office 2007, try to go to the Microsoft Office
button (top left corner)| PowerPoint Options button| the Resources tab on
the left and hit the activate Microsoft Office button. Does that help?

Hi,

Where did you source the sound from? Are you running the presentation in the
Viewer, or from within PowerPoint? Does this affect any other files, or this
specific file?
