Activating Office on a second computer

I am the legitimate owner of a Microsoft Office XP Small
Business program. The disk came with my DELL Desktop. I
also own a DELL laptop and want to load the software on
to that computer as well. When I tried to activate the
Office XP suite on the laptop, I got an error message
advising that the program has already been installed on
another computer. Do I have to repurchase Office? That
seems unfair since I already bought it once...Any advice?

Contact Dell for an OEM Solutions (noting that this copy will also be tied
to your laptop), or bite the bullet and get a retail copy that you can
install on other machines in case your desktop or laptop dies.
