Activating Office on another PC

I am selling my old PC and will sell it with hard drives formatted. I want
to install the office XP Professional on my new PC. Will this be a problem?

Hi Renato,

If you have a retail copy of MS Office XP Professional Edition then you should be able to install and activate on a new PC. If it's
an OEM edition (packaged with a PC) then the license is to that first computer rather than to you and travels with that computer.
