Activation of Office XP Professional

I purchased a copy of Office Xp Professional and installed it onto my Home
Computer. I went throght the installation wizard and entered the product key
when prompted. This has not 'activated' all the components and when I use
'Word' or 'Excel' etc I get a message that I can only use for 'X' times. I
have tried to activate each product but I get a message that the product key
has been used. What is my next step?

After setup when I entered 'Word' or 'Excel' I tried to enter the product
key as requested but the message I received stated that that code had been
used. Should I uninstall Office XP and try again??
