add a different cover page to document with a background picture

I have a different cover page with a picture that I added as background. I
need this picture to appear only on the 1st page. It shows on all pages.

Can anybody help?

1. On the Layout tab of Page Setup, check the box for "Different first
page."

2. Then View | Header and Footer. The First Page Header will be empty.

3. Click Show Next on the Header and Footer toolbar to get to the Header,
where you will see the picture.

4. Select the picture and Cut.

5. Click Show Previous to get back to the First Page Header. Paste.
