add Custom Drawing type with vb.net

Hallo, I've created an complete custom solution for creating building
related installations, I want to add this solution to the starting screen of
Visio 2003, complete with the name of our company as the folder anme for the
drawing types.

Is there a possibility I can add drawing types with by vb.net solution,
which I already have.

There is a Solution Publishing Tool in the Visio 2003 SDK that can help with
this.
