Add-in troubles with XP profiles

I have installed Project Pro 2002 on an XP computer. I
also installed the Database Upgrade Utility add-in and the
Compare Project Versions add-in. To get to these 2 add-
ins, I opened the view toolbar menu and checked each one.
All of this was done in a profile with Admin rights, and
seems to work just fine.

However, when I switch to a profile with Restricted User
rights, the names of these add-ins do not appear on the
view toolbar menu. Other than that, Project appears to be
working fine.

Does anyone know what's going on here, and how I can
access these 2 add-ins from a User profile?
