add .pdf toolbar to Project

can I add the .pdf toolbar to MS Project 2003? I see the option to creating
..pdf's under file -print - select printer. But I dont see a way to add the
toolbar.

The capability in your computer to create PDF's is not a part of
Project. You installed Adobe Acrobat or some other PDF making software.
It emulates a printer. So you won't find a special Project-made toolbar.

You could make your Adobe making software your default "printer" (via
Windows control panel) and use the print tool bar icon to print to PDF.
