Adding a Font?

Al Catt

Hi, I want to add a font to those fonts that Pub uses.
Mostly because alot of the older files I made have that
font in it and I don't want to substitute another.
The font I need is in my Windows>fonts folder and is a tt
font. Where can I drop it in so that it will show up in
the list of fonts that Publisher is using now. I have
gone to Program Files>MS Office> Office 10 but I see no
place where fonts are stored.
Thanks for the help.

All fonts that are installed in Windows are available in Publisher.
If a font is available in another application, it is available in Publisher.
Go to Control Panel > Fonts > Add New Font to install a new font

folder (like I thought I described in my orig question)
YET even though its a tru type font it does not appear in
the pull down font index in Publisher and is not
available? Any further thought????
Thanks, Al Catt

If this font is a weight of another font it will not show in the font
dialogue box in Publisher.

What is this font called and if you right click on it, please give us the
details in the PROPERTIES box.
