Adding Attachments to Entourage Calendar Items (Office 2008)

How do you do this ? The Event / Add Attachments menu item is
continually greyed out and I can't find how to activate it. I'm used
to MS Outlook where you can create a meeting and then drag attachments
into the meeting notes area ? Can this (or something similar) be done
in Entourage 2008 ?
