Adding Captions on Pictures

How do I add a caption to a picture in Pub2003? I can do it in Word but can't find the option in Pub.

Could do, but I was hoping there was a way to link and preserve the photo/picture with the caption and maybe auto number as in Word.

You can group the text box and the picture together, but there is no type of
AutoNumbering functionality in Publisher (no TOCs or Indices either)
