Does anyone know how to add other contact folders other than the default
folder? Thanks in advance.

File, New, Folder.

Once the folder is created, if you want to be able to access the addresses
stored in it when you click the To button on an email, you'll need to right
click on the folder and choose Properties. Go to the second tab (Outlook
Address Book) and make sure the box "show this folder as an email address
book" is checked.

They have to give you permission to use it.
