adding more then one graphic to word template???

I am tring to replace photo's on a template that makes
postcards in word 2002. I easily get the first photo
replaced, but when I scroll down and delete the second
one on the page and try to add one there,it instead
places it OVER the first one. It will not even let me cut
and paste onto the second place. Thanks for any help!

You might want to use a borderless table for this.
