Adding one more resoure in the same activity

Scenario:
An activity has a start and end dates. It started with one resource and in
the midlle of the activty i would have to add andother resource in that same
activity. How it is to done in the MS project 2003?

I believe that if you mark it some percent complete, then add the
resource, it should just add the new resource for the remaining
duration.

Hi karthick,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

Try Window/Split and double-click in the lower pane and select Resource
schedule. You can now add a new resource with a Delay to indicate its start
date. You may need to adjust the Work hours to get what you want.
