Hi,
I have created a form with a subform to enter keyword information for each
record. Each id# is unique and can have several keywords associated with it
(hence the subform). Each id# has a summary label associated with it. In
the table where this information is stored, the id# appears as many times as
there are keywords.
In some instances, an id# will have the same summary label as another id #
(and hence the same keywords). In terms of entering new id#s how would be
the best way to enter the new id#s? For example, I have id#5 which has 5
keywords. It is in my table 5 times (one row per keyword). Now I enter
id#100 and assign it to a summary label which matches id#5. Is there a way
to automatically assign the 5 keywords from id#5 to id#100?
Any suggestions? Thanks.
