Adding Weekends to Project Calendar

What's the easiest way to add a Saturday and Sunday to the project
calendar? I only want to do it for one week of the project schedule.
I tried using the instructions in Microsoft Help, but wasn't able to
get it to work.

P2003: Tools/Change Working Time. Highlight the days desired, click
"Non-Default Working Time" radio button. You should also check individual
resource calendars if necessary --- a resource will not work on a day off if
their calendar is set to override the project calendar.

P2007: Tools/Change Working Time. In the bottom you will see Exceptions.
Type a name, establish a date range. Click "Details...", click "Working
Time" Click OK. Same rules apply for resource calendars as above.
