Additional Domain Email Address Replies Revert To Default

I have a client with 3 domains configured on their exchange server. I am
having problems configuring Exchange or Outlook to allow them to reply to an
email on the same address that the mail message was sent to. For example,
they have 3 domains abc.com, efg.com and hij.com; their default email address
is (e-mail address removed). They receive an email on (e-mail address removed). They reply to that
email address and the return address is (e-mail address removed). I have tried to get
them to place (e-mail address removed) in the reply address field in the email's options
but it recognises that this is an address for this user and reverts to their
default address. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can allow a
user to reply using their non-default address.

Another issue is that I would like to allow them to set up a rule so that
mail messages from these different addresses goes into different folders
automatically, but when I set up a rule in Outlook to look for hij.com in the
recipient address it does not do anything.

Nothing native will do this, outside of assigning the 'alias' addresses to
other mailboxes/objects to which these users have Send As rights. Which is
clumsy. If this is a real need, see www.ivasoft.biz - ChooseFrom.

What version of Outlook? In OL2003 (and I believe OL2002) you can set up
rules that look for (e-mail address removed) in the *header* and do whatever you
like based on that. This presumes the mail was sent from the Internet and
not another Exchange user (there are no headers then).
