how do I Setup of additional email accounts in Outlook
2003 using identities ie....outlook express?? thanks Dick

Go to START , SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL. Double Click on
Mail....
Click show profiles. At the bottom of the screen click the
option PROMPT FOR A PROFILE TO BE USED. The click ADD and
follow the steps from there. If you're even going to go
back to Outlook 2000 or 2002 when you get to the screen to
create the PST file make sure you choose the option with
that version...
