License agreement for Office Pro 2007

I have a bunch of email accounts (hence different email addresses) for
family, my different businesses, etc. To keep them straight, I want the "to"
line in the "Inbox" folder to list the "actual incoming email address"
instead of the name that the people have in their email address book so I can
sort incoming emails by account.

Right now, I am getting first middle last name in one heading, first last in
another heading, first in another headings, etc. Seems that the heading the
sender has in his address book is what shows up in my "Inbox." How do I
change that?

New guy on the block, apprecaite the help.

Outlook does not display "real" email addresses, always the "friendly name,"
shucks, it's a friendly program, that's just the way it works. Many people
have requested the ability to see the actual email address, but so far no
luck.

For one simple reason. Senders control what is displayed in that field not
the recipient. If you want to see the account over which the message was
received, add that field to the view.
