After insert a picture, have no right to modify it again

The pictures inserted in document are word pictures and visio pictures. When
I modify it again, the word 2003 prompts that it can't open the document,user
have no access right.

It would help if you quote the exact error message. From the sound of it,
though, you have some third-party application interfering with OLE interop. One
known software that can cause this is the Norton Anti-virus Office Plug-in, for
example.
