After Vista business install, in Outlook Web Access, reply N/A

Hello,
I appreciate someone's help with the following:
After installing Vista Business, when user logs in to Outlook Web account
and tries to reply to any email, the pop up window where you would type an
answer is not turned on. All we see is the small square with an "X" and can
not get the page to become live/available.
Al other users who use Win XP have no problems accessing and replying from
the Web access screeens.
I have had no luck finding anything related to this; therefore, I am kindly
requesting for some feedback/help.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
Ralph

a) microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the right place
for OWA issues as it is part of Exchange, not part of Outlook.

b) You'll want to tell your Exchange administrator to install the hotfix in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/911829 on the server because
you are running Vista, and that should put the text boxes back on the form.
