Always Ask Before Opening This Type of File

I am running Outlook 2002 on a WIndows XP professional
laptop. Whenever I got to open an attachment the above
message pops up. I choose to open and uncheck the box so
it doesn't prompt me every time I open Excel
spreadsheets, but it doesn't save the setting. I get
that dialog box every time I go to open an Excel
attachment. How do I stop it from prompting me every
time I try to open a specific file type?

Changing this option has only effect when you have administrative privileges
on the computer. Are you logged in as an administrator?
