Animated gif

The original gif moves but when inserted to a new email it
doesn't move and when it's sent as well. Is there a
setting in Outlook I need to change?

for animated gifs to "Play" in outlook email you must go to internet explorer, choose "tools"->"InternetOptions" then "Advanced Tab" and go to the "Multimedia" section and select the "Play Animations in web pages" item

That fixed it for me. Why does everything have to be so difficult to figure out? Why when I do a search in Outlook on "Animated Gif" don't I get a help topic that explains this?
