I hav a picture on one of my slides and I want to be able to click on that
picture during the presentation and have another picture pop up in its place.
How do I do this?

You need to create an exit animation for the first shape and an entrance for
the second

Double click the first animation entry in custom animation and in the timing
tab set a trigger (start effect on click of .... itself)

Now drag the other entrance animation just below it in the list and change
it to "with previous"

If you go here and download the true / flase program theres a slightly more
complex example : http://www.technologytrish.co.uk/download.html

AmandaGA,
What PowerPoint version are you using? In PowerPoint 2002/XP and above, you
can follow the instruction posted by John.
If you are using PowerPoint 2000 and below, trigger is not available. You
will need to create a duplicated slide, then add in the additional picture.
Go back to the original slide, then have the picture hyperlink to the
duplicated slide. Holler back if you need more help.
