You, or a consultant for a fee, can create forms to add or use exsisting
data with Access that would raise the "smart usage" and cut down on the
cutting and pasting, helping your employees be more efficent. There is
another MS product that may help as well called Infopath. This would be a
form that would operate with familiarity to the end user, but actually
provides a front end to the database.
