any way to set header/footer to automatically display on document

[Footers for Word And Excel]

We use simple Word and Excel in Office 2000 and need to have footers placed
automatically when saving a document on our network. Is there such a way for
it to be done without having to be a technician

For Excel:

For Word, you should just need to set the header/footer in a blank document,
save the Normal.dot file.
