APA Style Guide plug-in for Word?

Is there a plug-in for MS Word that applies the APA style guide rules to the
review tools? The APA Style Guide is the most common standard used by
colleges and universities. If there isn't, there should be.

What tools are you looking for exactly?

There are templates which set the margins and fonts for you. And there are
the bibliography tools (limited functionality) to format your references.

APA is hardly used outside the US. And in the US, it is probably as popular
as MLA. So I doubt it qualifies as 'the most common standard'.
