apply design template

I am using citrix MF and we have hidden the application
drive. Users can open powerpoint but when they try to get
the apply design template from the toolbar it says the
drive does not exist or is not accessible. Is there
anyway to get around this??

I believe that if you copy the templates to another drive and folder and
then on each system you open Word and go to Tools > Options > File
Locations, you can set it to the new location. This will affect all Office
applications, so don't just move the PowerPoint templates. You'll need to
move all Office templates including Word, etc.
