Apply template to new drawing with multiple pages

HI, I have one template. and its working perfectly fine for new
drawing with single page. But when I try to insert new page in a
drawing, new page doesn't show me temaplate setting (some text and few
text blocks) as it does in first page.
Please let me know what is problem or there are some setting which I
am missing here?

New pages do not have all of the settings from existing pages included in
them. One way to work around this is to write a macro to copy your specific
settings over.
