Applying a color swatch to greyscale/duotone image (like in InDesi

With InDesign (and i think PageMaker), if you have a grayscale image, you can
drag a color swatch over to it and it colorizes all the black areas to a
color. Is this possible to do in Publisher 2003 somehow?

Select your image, right-click, format picture, picture tab, recolor...
