Archiving all

I need to archive a few folderes and have created a Personal folder so that i can view them. But it doesn't seem to archive all the subfolders as well. What am I doing wrong. And why have I lost certain folders.

Archive properties don't drizzle down to subfolders. Check the properties on
each of the subs to make sure they're what you want
